IL GELSO agritourism (Fabriano) is custodian of the oldest recipes of the Fabrianese cuisine and of the culinary traditions of the Marche which deserve to be rediscovered and passed on.

The produce cultivated on our land is elaborated and preserved according to the most ancient recipes of the Marche and may be savoured or purchased in our “bottega del gelso” (deli store).

In particular our meats, cheeses and salamis are highly prized; its no wonder that
IL GELSO agritourism farm is a member of the “consortium for the production and protection of origin of the Fabriano salami", the renowned interlarded salami which you can savour together with our typical “crescia” (a type of pizza bread) and accompanied by an excellent Verdicchio wine.
